Tomorrow the dogs get taken away to Doggie Prison, and the next morning, we're off on our adventure! Poor little puppies... a week in a concrete box... Yuck. But, as long as they are cared for, there's not much else we can do with them. Anyplace we left them, they wouldn't be happy because it isn't 'home' with their people.

Big excitement last nite... Not really, but it's what passes for excitement here. After midnite, 2 or 3 guys parked their quads at the end of the driveway, tromped out into the brush to pee and then sat there in the dark, chatting. That got old quick! Keith had to go out, fire a shot, and suggest that they go talk somewhere else! They went. Why in the world these people have to wait until the middle of the night to go out running around on the roads on their 4-wheelers is a mystery to us... What are they doing that they can't do in the daylight???
